My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2025 || Having A Nice Timeout At Crunches
Greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain where health is wealth and exercise is essential.
I start my walking to stay fit and healthy right from the house as I engage in some house chores and then get prepare to take a walk out.
The weekend mode have been activated and spending time with friends outdoors add to improve health.
I have the opportunity to join other hivians at the Crunches Uyo for a #spendHBD shopping experience where we shop and enjoy different food and drinks and make payment with HBD using #distriator app.
The shopping proof to be very interesting and refreshing to my health as we have time to talk, laugh, play with the kids at the playground and took group pictures.
At the end of the day I record 10,570 steps to keep fit and healthy and the activities is hereby reported in my Actifit Report Card.
