Happy new day guys! It is a wonderful weekend to reckoned with. I went out for a fitness health walk from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Urua Ekpa road to attend the Christian meeting.

Of course, to some its a time to meet friends and other family members. While to others, it's a time to engage more fully in spiritual edification. All the same it is left for individuals to define what weekend is to them.

I have been able to record 5627 steps to keep fit and healthy.
