My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2025

Good day to you all dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain, hope you had a great day today. The day have been been awesome as the weather is still a mixture of dusty wind as occasion by the harmattan.

I engage in some in house activities which helps me to move around the house and later work on the laptop.

This evening, I went out for a fitness health walk from the house in Ikot Ekwere to Itu road junction and then return back again thereby helping me to stretch my muscles.

While doing my walk, I have been able to record over 6100 steps to keep fit and healthy.
