Dear actifitters good evening to you all. Today's weather is a mixture of hot and mild. I was down with fever since on Sunday and today I remain indoors.

This evening I went out for a fitness health walk having get myself a bit better

The evening breeze is mild on me.

I then walk back home making a record of 6200. I look forward to seeing tomorrow
