My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2024 || Happy Last Sunday

Dear actifitters and alivers greetings to you all. It's the last Sunday of the year 2024 and it's a pleasure to be in good health and fitness both physically and mentally.

I went out for a fitness health walk from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then proceed to Urua Ekpa in order to attend the Christian meeting.

The meeting encourage people to be happy for knowing that our creator is working ever harder than before to make the world a better place to live in when he restore his kingdom here.

I have been able to make over 8200 steps to keep fit and healthy.
