It's been a wonderful Saturday, the last in the year. Hope you are having a great actifit day.

I engage in some in house chores and walk around the house.

This evening I walk from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then return again.

I have been able to record over 5400 steps to keep fit and healthy.
