My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2024 || Cleaning The Stadium

Hello dear actifitters and alivers, greetings to you all. Today is the midweek with a handful of fitness exercises.

The regional convention billed to take place at the Akpabio International Stadium on 20th to 22nd of December 2024 is some days away. To keep this public facility in a befitting usable state for delegates that will be trooping in from different part of the country, there is need to carry out thorough cleaning both in and outside the stadium.

As a volunteer, I join forces with other volunteers to clean the facilities in different areas.

As a fitness and health lover, I see it as an opportunity to exercise myself. As a matter of fact, as I move from one section from the down floor to other sections in the top floor, I could feel in my kneels the vibration that tells me that I am actually exerting my strength, while so many finds it difficult to get half way.

Being at the top enable me to get the clear view of the stadium and it feels good to see everything without any obstruction.

Everyone feels happy to contribute their time, energy and resources in this self-sacrificing work for the general benefit of all.

In fact, this is the first time this Stadium is thoroughly clean since it was constructed some years ago.

As much as I look forward to having a hitch free convention experience, I must be both mentally and physically feet, hence the need to engage in such exercises.

Meanwhile, I am able to record above 10250 steps to keep fit and healthy.
