My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2024 || Alive And Thriving Friday

Today have been a great day in the course of my fitness health walk as I made my walk count with every single step I made.

Walking to keep fit have been a wonderful health business that I that I admire.

Health they say is wealth, hence, without good health you cannot function properly well both in the day to day physical activities and mental health wise.

The health of individuals contribute to the healthy nation.

I stopped by the POS to withdraw money so as to buy some food items in the market.

The services the POS operators renders is actually making people to be able to have access to their cash at every possible time and place in a daily basis.

I proceed to the market and do some shopping.

Meanwhile, I am able to record over 6100 steps and it is still counting as I walk through other activities and I am reporting same in my Actifit Report Card.
