My Actifit Report Card: September 10 2024

Greetings dear actifitters, hope you had a great walk today. I enyoy walking from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then to church before proceedings to Ikpa road.

The commercial activities these days seems dull due to the increase in the fuel pump price that keeps rising almost on a daily basis.

I left the office to Ibiam Street to make inquiry of a photo frame for my client, the price has also increase.

One thing I really enjoyed in today's walk is the clement weather which does not pose a threat either of rain or sun.

After completion of my day's outing activities, I have so far walk back to my base.

Meanwhile I have been able to make over 3000 steps to keep fit and healthy.
