My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2024 || Alive And Thriving Tuesday

Greetings to you all dear actifitters and happy last Tuesday of the month of August 2024.

I went out for a fitness health walk to Uyo Plaza to print our my National Identity Card (NIN) from one of the approved agent. My walk took me from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then passing through Church road and then head on to Ikpa road.

There I was ask to supply my NIN number or phone number used at the time of registration, this I supplied and finally it was tracked and printed out with its new features.

I also visit the printing press for a print of flex for my customer.

My walk help me to have ckear mental alertness as I could think things through while walking the streets.

I was able to stop by the pharmaceutical to pick up a percel for Eddie.

At the end of the walk I am able to record over 3600 steps in the actifit fitness walk which I am reporting same in the Actifit Report Card.
