My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2024 | Walking To Attend A Seminar

Greetings to you all dear actifitters, hope you have a wonderful walkout to day. I had a great Friday walk to Atiku road to Becalo Resources to attend an organic group cultivation.

A non governmental organic farmers group of Nigeria organics a two days multiplyers seminar.

Though not being a register member yet, I was call to assist in the slide presentation, but I turn out to be the moderator as well since the original moderator did not turn up due to some reason.

These farmers are championing growing their food crops and animals farming with local content without the addition of any fertilizer but purely organic.

The National president gave the welcome address.

Others contributed in the interactive session

She presented on the cultivation of mushroom.

Mushroom is now very high in demand especially the organic ones.

The master trainer then took the center stage and do justice to that.

At the end of the walk, I Recorded over 5100 steps to keep fit and healthy. Thank you very much for stopping by my blog.
