My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2024

It was great all through, meeting and overcoming the unplanned activities. The day started out well and one and led to another.

A friend of mine and a nearby neighbor whom I call on to check my fan which suddenly stop since he is an electrician came to my place and check the fan and discovered that a component have developed a fault and need to be replaced.

He have a small vegetable farm down the slop in the valley, so we decided to go and get some quantity of vegetables and pepper to make small soup.

It is one thing to descend down the sloppy valley and it is another thing to hike out to the top of the valley, it is really an exercise on its own.

I was surprise to see that people have cut down the forest in preparation for planting which is an indication that the food price hike has really dealt a blow on the people, no wonder the massive planting this year.

We cross the stream to the other side of the valley where my friend farm is located.

I net some people cooling off the hot weather in the stream

I said to my friend, when we return I will take a bath

We got to his farm and did plug some vegetables.

When we return, I did enjoy myself in the stream.

It was really a great weekend with great unplanned activities.
