My Actifit Report Card: March 28 2024 || Alive And Thriving Thursday

Greetings dear actifitters friends, hope your day have been great.

Today I walked different street and capture different pictures as I will share with you in my Actifit Report Card.

I walk from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then to proceed to Ikpa road.

I went to print Identity Card for a client of mine at Epic Plaza.

He ask me to deliver it for him at Nnung Udoe, the next local government after Uyo, in Akwa Ibom State.


While waiting for him to show up at Nnug Udoe


In the bus while returning to Uyo

Now I am at Aka road in Uyo.

I walk back to Epic Plaza to finish other works.

Then I proceeded to walk to Udobio to see a friend who I have not seen for a while now.


Here they are in their workshop buzy sewing. We chat for some time and I left back to church road.


On my way I met these guys playing football

The day's walk have been a productive one and I have made over 7000 steps to keep fit and healthy because I am alive and thriving.
