My Actifit Report Card: February 14 2024

Greetings to you all in the house and happy being fit and healthy.

Today's actifit fitness walk is one of its own kind as I walk through Ikot Ekwere Itam, church road, Federal Housing Estates and back home.

While I was walking back on the road, one thing that got my attention was the fact that I noticed that lot of people dressed and appear in red top, and I was wondering what could happen that most people wore red dress. It was then that I remember that today is 14 February which is know as valentine's day which some called 'Lovers Day'.

In fact this evening some church even organized valentine service to show love to their members. As far as I know, lot of guys will spend the day drinking and partying as well as clubbing, and other manner of vicese will take place all in the name of love.

As I walk everywhere I am able to record above 6200 steps in my fitness actifit record card.
