Actifit Beach Walk Report: November 19 2023

Actifiers are trending this period of the year.
The report looks so attractive that I got motivated this Sunday to move around at the beach for my newly design weekend 6miles.
The weather was kind this morning around 7am. I got up and ready on time to heat the road.

I went to the beach near the international residence area. There were only soccer players at this moment on the way to the beach in group of twelve persons sometime larger group.
The wind was stronger than normal and heat tempered by the cold air from offshore.

If it is sunny on your side, go out enjoy the natural energy outside the crowded cities.
I was curious today, so I walked too far on my way to explore the left side from the point I started last Sunday.
I have to admit it was really animated around 9am.
I met all the way over 2miles people playing soccer, swimming, walking their dog and group training gymnastics.
It was funny to meet so many people local and tourists so early on the Sunday.
Walking back was not as hard as it was on my way back last week. However, on my way to explore new path I went farther than I expected in my original plan.
I hope this second episode of my series of walk at the beach inspired you to move around on your free time. Until the next episode keep exploring new location to enjoy the nature.
