Time has passed faster than we think since we entered this month of March.

In general, time doesn't stop, so the only way to manage properly your time is to keep your task lists up to date.

How can we discipline ourselves to achieve optimum results as time passes?

I believe it is a learning process that has it is up and down. It is a situation similar to the case of the baby learning how to crawl then trying to stand on his feet holding furniture, and ultimately working on his two legs.

The ability to discipline oneself is an important skill to have in order to achieve optimum results in life. It requires a great deal of self-control and commitment to be able to stay focused and committed to a particular task. Self-discipline is the practice of restraining one’s impulses, emotions, and desires in order to achieve a positive outcome. Self-discipline enables one to maintain a consistent and determined attitude toward a goal, regardless of the obstacles that may stand in one’s way.

In order to discipline oneself, it is essential to have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve. Having a clear set of goals and objectives will help to ensure that you remain focused on the task at hand. It is also important to plan out how you are going to achieve these goals and objectives. This includes setting a timeline with milestones along the way. This will help to ensure that you are making steady progress toward your overall goals and objectives.

Once you have a clear understanding of your goals and objectives, it is important to set up a system of rewards and privation that will help you to stay disciplined. Rewards can be things such as a break or a treat for yourself when you have achieved a milestone. Deprivation can be things such as not allowing yourself to do something you enjoy until you have reached a certain level of progress. I banged out a good workout today too

Finished with a few Row splits 1k, 500m, 500m sprint

The final 500m was fairly sub par for me, coming in at 1:29

Overall, I feel good and glad I went vs making an excuse - Splinterfest 2 cosplay goals are progressing :)
