JOGGING THROUGH THE MORNING DEW

Hello everyone, welcome to my post.

So, I made my first post few weeks ago but I could not continue with my physical exercise because I had an exams to write.

Así que hice mi primer post hace unas semanas pero no pude continuar con mi ejercicio físico porque tenía exámenes que redactar.


I had to prepare for the exams what all I got because it was a final exam. After the exams, the results came out and I passed it without any flaw.

Tuve que prepararme para los exámenes, todo lo que obtuve porque era un examen final. Después de los exámenes salieron los resultados y lo aprobé sin ningún defecto.

After a long while, I decided to get in track and continue with my jogging but sadly, I could not run the distance I use to run.

Después de un largo tiempo, decidí ponerme en marcha y seguir trotando, pero lamentablemente no pude correr la distancia que solía correr.

Sadly, I ran 1.50km, which is not up to half the distance I can run. Well, I guess the when you leave something for long, it also leaves you. Maybe with more training and more work, I will get back to the way I used to be and maybe surpass it.

Hi! Hope you're doing well.

Congrats on those finals, I'm glad you did just fine.

14:24 is sooo slow as a jogging pace. I bet at some point you just stopped and forgot to tap pause Strava's running session. I can tell by your screen capture, were we can see the STOP button.

I recommend to take this into account for your next running session: Once you finish your workout, immediately stop Strava's recording.
