De los creadores de Splinterlands (Aggroed ) y directamente desde la blockchain de #Hive nos llega este juego de sport fantasy & play to earn que podría ser el gran pelotazo de la segunda mitad de 2023.

Se trata de un juego de cartas tradeables donde podremos coleccionar cartas y mejorarlas (levelearlas), jugar contra otros jugadores, hacer trading de cartas y ganar criptomonedas.

Lo interesante de este proyecto es que, si bien se tratará de fútbol y habrá un acuerdo con la Major League Soccers Players Association (MLSPA), no se limita a ella, ya que más adelante podría incluir otros deportes.

Por otra parte, a nivel de mercado es muy competitivo que hayan elegido la MLS, considerando que las otras ligas como la española, italiana e inglesa, ya está acaparadas por otros proyectos: Sorare, World Super League y Ultimate Champions. Desarrollo del juego

En la primera etapa del juego habrá 577 cartas de jugadores basadas en los jugadores reales de la MLS, por lo que cada año se emitirán cartas con los jugadores nuevos a la liga. Las cartas se podrán combinar para hacerlas más poderosas y llevarlas a su máximo nivel, lo cual obligará a los gamers a adquirir cartas nuevas o de mayor constantemente para evolucionar dentro del juego.

En total se emitirán 8.5 millones de packs de cartas para venta al público. La primera preventa finalizó el 24 de enero de 2023. En este momento estamos en la segunda que comenzó el 08 de febrero y terminará el 03 de mayo.

Economía del juego

Este juego tendrá tres token que son los siguientes:

• Genesis League Governance Token - GLX (el token de gobernanza)
• Genesis League Game Time - GLGT (es la moneda de recompensa para quienes hacen stacking y tiene nodos validadores, se usa para abrir los packs y obtener otros beneficios como descuentos, pases VIP y afines)
• Genesis League Stable Token - GLUSD (moneda estable pareada con el dólar con la cual se harán todas las transacciones dentro del juego, se obtendrá con la “quema” del GLX y más adelante se podrá utilizar para comprar packs al igual que los nodos validadores)

Cantidad de GLX que serán emitidos: 2,000,000,000

De estos desglosaremos los tres aspectos que afectan directamente a los jugadores de la primera etapa que serían:
• Airdrop para los jugadores de Splinterlands
• Recompensas para los stackers durante el primer año (Noviembre 2022 a Noviembre 2023) : 100,00,000
• Recompensas para los jugadores a lo largo de 65 meses: 100,000,000 (de esta cantidad el 15% lo recibirán quienes compren en las dos primeras preventas antes del lanzamiento del juego)
• Recompensas para los proveedores de liquidez a lo largo de 65 meses: 100,000,000

Es importante mencionar que el juego ya tiene una cantidad de holders que recibieron el token GLX como recompensa por hacer hecho stacking en Splinterlands. No sabemos si estos holder se transformarán en gamers o solo se dedicarán a invertir, de cualquier manera, es probable que impacten el ecosistema de forma positiva al holdear una parte de las criptos almacenadas hasta que haya un pump, ya que en ese momento lo más seguro es que los vendan.

¿Cómo será el juego?

Aunque se ha hablado más de un juego simulado que de sport fantasy, no se ha definido aún si se incluirá esa modalidad o solo se hará alguna modalidad ficticia más parecida a Splinterlands, con partidos automatizados donde el resultado dependerá de la elección de las cartas.

Esto es importante porque en un juego de fantasy si es necesario conocer a los jugadores de la liga, sus estadísticas, estar atentos a los cambios, suspensiones o lesiones, mientras que en un juego temático esto no es necesario.

Ya mencionamos el total de 577 cartas. Se espera que haya unos 70 porteros (reales) y 40 coach (ficticios) en la primera fase. Los mazos (deck) estarán conformados de esta manera:

• Un coach
• 11 jugadores titulares
• 9 suplentes
• 10 jugadores de reserva

A diferencia de Sorare, del cual ya les he hablado antes, en GLG habrán más partidos jugador contra jugador.

Los manager jugarán por turnos, los partidos tendrán una duración de 2 a 3 minutos y los jugadores deberán tomar decisiones a lo largo de cada partido relacionadas con atacar, defender y marcar goles con la finalidad de ganar y avanzar a las ligas superiores, ya que si pierden serán relegados.

El jugador debe seleccionar a un coach y en equipo de 5 jugadores para empezar. El equipo que se podrá formar dependerá del coach elegido. Con un mazo de 30 jugadores seguramente habrá suficientes opciones para elegir.

El coach tendrá una formación inicial que sera la base de su juego y a medida que avance podrá desbloquear otras formaciones.

Las cartas se dividen según los colores: rojas, verdes, naranjas, azules y doradas, siendo las ultimas mucho más raras y de mayor valor.

Un detalle que llama la atención es que las cartas tendrán unos indicadores de habilidades activas (ataque, defensa y estadísticas) así como pasivas (salud, stamina, moral, velocidad) con base en las cuales se debe crear una estrategia para ganar los partidos. Estas características varían en función del nivel de la carta y se podrán boostear con bebidas que se toman antes del partido.

A medida que los jugadores usan sus mazos, estos van aumentando su experiencia y mejorando la sinergia. Incluso se han mencionado unas sinergias que los harán inmunes a determinadas condiciones ambientales.
En este sentido, las cartas que sean similares tendrán mayor sinergia, por ejemplo, si todas son doradas, o de la misma edición, o son del mismo equipo y se usan en el mismo mazo. Para los equipos se consideran 23 jugadores con la siguiente distribución:

• 7 abridores
• 5 relevos
• 10 jugadores complementarios
• Un coach

IMPORTANTE: puede parecer que hay una contradicción entre esta información y la que se dijo anteriormente sobre los equipos. El caso es que el libro blanco distingue entre los teams para el gameplay y los teams para efectos de sinergia, por lo que son dos puntos de vista diferentes.Uno se refiere a las mecánicas de juego y el otro a los buff que puede recibir un equipo por sus combinaciones

Las cartas se podrán combinar para subirlas de nivel y adquirir más habilidades o accesorios. Asimismo, existirá la opción de fundirlas, o sea, destruirlas y obtener token GLX a cambio, que a su vez podrá quemarse para obtener GLUSD. Genial ¿verdad?

7 formas de ganar dinero con Genesis League Sports

Para nadie es un secreto que el atractivo de los juegos en la Web3 es su capacidad de acuñar NFT que tienen valor en el mercado y por lo tanto pueden generarle un ingreso a su propietario. En el caso de las cartas este ingreso puede ser activo con la venta del activo no fungible, pasivo como en el caso del alquiler o a largo plazo si se conservan en el tiempo con la finalidad de obtener valor por escasez y/o alta demanda.

Cómo registrarse en Genesis League Sports

Para ingresar al juego solo tienes que ir a la web y loguearte con tu keychain si ya eres usuario de Hive. En caso que no, es muy sencillo crear una cuenta con tu correo electrónico. Te enviarán un enlace al buzón de mensajes, debes pincharlo para validar y con eso tu cuenta estará creada.

Luego deberás pagar una licencia que tiene un costo de 10 USD con Paypal o con HIVE. Esta misma forma de pago es la que aceptan para la venta de los packs, los cuales tienen un costo de 10 USD y traen 5 cartas. Los packs tendrán coaches y jugadores, mientras que las cartas de habilidades se conseguirán como recompensa al jugar.

La estructura de precios es variable e irá aumentando a medida que avance el roadmap (calendario o cronograma). La emisión completa es de 8.5 millones de packs. Las dos preventas iniciales fueron de 500.000 packs cada una. Para la fecha en que se redacta este artículo, se han vendido unos 60,000 packs como pueden ver en la siguiente imagen.

En la primera preventa tenían un precio de 5$ y para la fecha de publicación de este post han aumentado a 10$. En la venta general para todo público los precios se incrementarán a 15$ y 25$ sucesivamente. Para el 31 de diciembre de 2023 todos los packs que no se hayan vendido serán quemados.

Es recomendable comprar los token GLGT en Hive Engine o TRIBALDEX ya que solo cuestan unos 10 centavos y al usarlos recibes un descuento del 50% en cada pack. Luego este mismo token lo puedes obtener como recompensa si haces stacking del token GLX.

Además en la preventa podrás acceder a un bono por la compra de lotes de packs de cartas. Si compras 100 packs te darán 10 de regalo. Además podrás participar en la beta del juego lo cual sin duda será un gran privilegio y recibirás la licencia de forma gratuita. Los compradores de 500 packs también recibirán un bono así como un titulo. Los que vayan por más de 1000 packs tendrán una carta promocional con su nombre dentro del juego.

La probabilidad de obtener cartas doradas es del 5% en cada pack. Como sucedió en Splinterlands, los primeros jugadores tendrán ventaja ya que cada año se emitirán cartas nuevas y las de las primeras emisiones tendrán mayor valor.

En este momento cada pack stackeado genera un GLX diario de recompensa, lo cual es excelente como incentivo. Es probable que esta cantidad disminuya a medida que se vendan más packs pero de cualquier manera el tiempo que se pueda aprovechar lo mejor es hacer interés compuesto y compras más packs.

Según las comunicaciones del equipo en el mes de febrero, a través del Discord de la comunidad, se realizaron unas votaciones para decidir si se alargaba el stacking de los packs de cartas o no. Actualmente la cuenta @hiveflp desarrolla una competencia de de futbol de fantasía en Premier League Inglesa, sin embargo, es algo más informal debido a que no cuenta con una licencia ni tiene el desarrollo de un videojuego propiamente dicho. Es por esto que Genesis League Sports es absolutamente revolucionario no solo en la blockchain de #Hive sino también en toda la #Web3.

- Genesis League Stable Token - GLUSD (stable currency paired with the dollar with which all transactions will be made within the game, will be obtained with the "burning" of the GLX and later can be used to buy packs as well as validator nodes).

Quantity of GLX that will be issued: 2,000,000,000,000

From these we will break down the three aspects that directly affect the first stage players which would be:
- Airdrop for players of Splinterlands
- Rewards for stackers during the first year (November 2022 to November 2023) : 100,00,000,000

What we know about the gameplay

This is important because in a fantasy game it is necessary to know the players of the league, their statistics, to be aware of changes, suspensions or injuries, while in a thematic game this is not necessary.

The player must select a coach and a team of 5 players to start. The team that can be formed will depend on the chosen coach. With a deck of 30 players there will surely be enough options to choose from.

The coach will have a starting formation that will be the basis of his game and as he progresses he will be able to unlock other formations.

The cards are divided according to colors: red, green, orange, orange, blue and gold, the latter being much rarer and of higher value.

A striking detail is that the cards will have indicators of active skills (attack, defense and statistics) as well as passive (health, stamina, morale, speed) based on which you must create a strategy to win the matches. These characteristics vary according to the level of the card and can be boosted with drinks taken before the match.

As players use their decks, they increase their experience and improve their synergy. Synergies have even been mentioned that will make them immune to certain environmental conditions. In this sense, cards that are similar will have greater synergy, for example, if they are all golden, or from the same edition, or are from the same team and are used in the same deck.

For the teams, 23 players are considered with the following distribution:

- 7 openers
- 5 relays
- 10 complementary players
- One coach

Cards can be combined to level them up and acquire more abilities or accessories. There will also be the option to melt them, that is, to destroy them and obtain GLX tokens in exchange, which in turn can be burned to obtain GLUSD. Great, isn't it?

7 ways to earn money with Genesis League Sports

I recommend you to buy GLGT tokens from Hive Engine as they only cost about 10 cents and when you use them you get a 50% discount on each pack. Then you can get this same token as a reward if you stack the GLX token.

Also in the pre-sale you can access a bonus for the purchase of lots of packs of cards. If you buy 100 packs you will get 10 packs for free. You will also be able to participate in the beta of the game which will be a great privilege and you will receive the license for free. Buyers of 500 packs will also receive a bonus as well as a title. Those who go for more than 1000 packs will get a promotional card with their name on it inside the game.

The chance of getting gold cards is 5% on each pack. As it happened in Splinterlands, the first players will have an advantage as each year new cards will be issued and the ones from the first issues will have a higher value.

At the moment each staked pack generates a daily GLX reward, which is excellent as an incentive. It is likely that this amount will decrease as more packs are sold but either way the time you can take advantage of it is best to compound interest and buy more packs.

According to the team's communications in February, through the community Discord, a vote was held to decide whether to lengthen the stacking of the card packs or not. Genesis League Soccer comes to fill a void in the video game scene created on the Hive network by addressing a niche that few developers have embraced such as #sports. Previously there has been another experiment on the HIVE network called Rabona.
