The lower back pain may have been caused from your foot injury, then you over-compensating and walking differently, thus using other muscles you may not normally use.

Take it easy, get rested and take care of your body!

That's probably what happened. And yeah, I'm going to take a couple of days off, hot and cold therapy and make some recovery exercises. Thanks!
