My Actifit Report Card: October 23 2021
Hello Actifitters! I used to be very active physically. I play basketball with my friends, cycled about 30 kilometers a week, run 50 kilometers a week and go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. But because of pandemic, my lifestyle was changed. I wasn't active as before. I played basketball just here in our house. I rarely cycled and run. I stopped going to the gym.
Last year, I joined actifit. I got motivated to have at least the 5,000 steps a day. But the problem I have almost the same activity daily. By walking around the house, inside the house, going to the supermarket, doing cardio exercise and others.
@spaminator and @hivewatchers, what should I say to my actifit report other than my daily activities? Are there any rules that I violated when I only say my activities? I asked these because I got downvoted a WHALE and your names were mentioned by @adm.
