Para restaurar nuestros dientes debemos tener en cuenta las propiedades ópticas, puesto que no debemos exceder el color así como también disminuirlo, deben estar de acuerdo a nuestra vista y que sea agradable para nuestros ojos la fluorescencia, el cromo, la opalescencia, el matiz y el valor lo debemos seguir, teniéndose presente hoy te explico cada uno.

To restore our teeth we must take into account the optical properties, since we must not exceed the colour as well as to diminish it, they must be according to our sight and that it is pleasant for our eyes the fluorescence, the chrome, the opalescence, the shade and the value we must follow, keeping in mind today I explain you each one.

El matiz:

The nuance.

Es el color y la tonalidad propia del diente, es el nombre propio que estará dado por el color así como También incluye las distintas longitudes de ondas dentro de estas están, verde azul, rojo y amarillo. El color marrón rojizo esta presente en la mayoria del 80% de los pacientes conformará la letra A, B naranja y amarillo, C el gris verdoso y la lwtra D es el gris rosado que es usado como caracterizador sólo en un 5%.

It is the colour and shade of the tooth itself, it is the proper name that will be given by the colour as well as it also includes the different wavelengths within these are, green, blue, red and yellow. The reddish-brown colour is present in the majority of 80% of patients and will form the letter A, B orange and yellow, C greenish-grey and the letter D is pinkish-grey which is used as a characteriser in only 5% of patients.

El cromado hace referencia al grado de saturación, tambien a la intensidad qué tiene el matiz o la gran cantidad de pigmentos que puede poseer, en la resinas el croma viene codificado mediante una numeración del uno al cuatro, que nos va permitir identificar la saturación de la resina.

The chroma refers to the degree of saturation, also to the intensity of the shade or the large amount of pigments it can have. In the resins, the chroma is codified by a numbering from one to four, which will allow us to identify the saturation of the resin.

El valor.

The value.

Va a permitir el brillo y otorga luminosidad, será la dimensión cromática del color,hace referencia a la cantidad de blanco y de negro, que genera una sensación de profundidad o de proximidad del téjido, entre más aumento tenga el valor se verás más blanquecino u opaco, pero si tiene menos valor se observará gris o translúcido.

It will allow the brightness and gives luminosity, it will be the chromatic dimension of the colour, it refers to the amount of white and black, which generates a sensation of depth or proximity of the tissue, the higher the value the more whitish or opaque it will look, but if it has less value it will look grey or translucent.

La opalescencia.

The opalescence.

La estructura del esmalte dental, es totalmente translúcida , no posee un color base por lo que su tonalidad sera suave, está principal característica que se va extender por todo el diente la conoceremos como opalescencia, en esta propiedad óptica vamos a observar como el esmalte imprime distintas coloraciones en función de los rayos luminosos.

The structure of the dental enamel is totally translucent, it does not have a base colour so its tone will be soft, this main characteristic that will extend throughout the tooth is known as opalescence, in this optical property we will observe how the enamel prints different colours depending on the light rays.

Fluorescencia.

Fluorescence.

Lleva estrecha relación con la luz y el color, es la capacidad que tendrá un material para irradiar la luz, dentro del diente es decir va absorber la energía de cualquier fuente que nos será visible ante el ojo humano, debemos saber que el esmalte y la dentina son estructuras fluorescentes pero la dentina es mucho mas fluorescente ya que tiene mayor pigmentación orgánica.

It is closely related to light and colour, it is the capacity of a material to radiate light inside the tooth, that is to say, it will absorb the energy from any source that will be visible to the human eye. We should know that enamel and dentine are fluorescent structures, but dentine is much more fluorescent as it has greater organic pigmentation.
