My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2023

Tenía que hablar un poquito del fin de semana, fueron unos días moviditos, lleno de actividades interesantes, bastantes caminatas y cardio interesante, del que tenía tiempo sin hacer la verdad.

Pero voy a enfocarme un poco en las caminatas pues para haber estado recorriendo tan solo la ciudad, de paseo en paseo superé casi sin darme cuenta la media de siempre.

Pero me sirvió para muchas cosas, no solo motivarme a continuar con el registro de la actividad sino también a pensar y considerar algunas otras cosas que podría cambiar en mi rutina diaria que quizá mantengan más equilibrada mi estabilidad emocional.

I had to talk a little bit about the weekend, it was a busy few days, full of interesting activities, lots of walks and interesting cardio, which I had not done for a long time.

But I'm going to focus a little on the walks, because for having been just walking around the city, from walk to walk I exceeded the average almost without realizing it.

But it helped me for many things, not only to motivate me to continue with the activity log but also to think and consider some other things that I could change in my daily routine that may keep my emotional stability well balanced.


No solo está haciendo un mejor clima que está llenando los espacios al aire libre de mucho verde y coloridas flores, también se nota que el ánimo de la gente está mejorando y se aprecia la algarabía en las calles.

A pesar de esto algunos días se nublan un poco por las lluvias, pero no ha durado demasiado, un poco como para recordarnos que nada puede ser tan perfecto, yo sentía las temperaturas de estos días acaso como si estuviera de nuevo en algún país tropical.

No fue tan difícil captar un arcoíris entonces, no es una foto tan magnifica, recuerdo haber tenido la oportunidad de fotografiar alguna vez uno entero, tengo que buscar esa imagen. Pero esta me basto para contentarme en ese momento.

Muchos pasos, la mitad en compañía y la otra por mi cuenta, nunca es suficiente cuando se disfruta de los paseos. Creo que mientras la gente organizaba qué hacer durante las festividades de hoy, yo solo pensaba en lo agradable de poder caminar sin cargar encima una chaqueta. Estaba contenta.

Not only is the weather getting better and filling the outdoor spaces with lots of greenery and colorful flowers, it is also noticeable that the mood of the people is improving and there is a lot of excitement in the streets.

In spite of this some days are a little cloudy because of the rains, but it has not lasted too long, a little as to remind us that nothing can be so perfect, I felt the temperatures of these days perhaps as if I was again in some tropical country.

It wasn't so difficult to capture a rainbow then, it's not such a magnificent picture, I remember having the opportunity to photograph a whole rainbow once, I have to look for that image. But this one was enough to satisfy me at the time.

Many steps, half in company and half on my own, never enough when enjoying the walks. I think while people were organizing what to do during today's festivities, I was just thinking how nice it was to be able to walk without carrying a jacket. I was happy.

I came across some very interesting posters on the street, I think I will be able to talk a bit about this event soon. Wherever there is a chance to eat tasty food, it is quite likely that I will be there.

Una de las cosas a las que estoy dándole vuelta es a volver a entrenar en casa, es una cuestión de ahorrar más que otra cosa. Me hace considerarlo el hecho de que alguna vez he tenido que cambiar la rutina porque había mucha gente utilizando las cosas que yo requería en el gimnasio.

También, por supuesto, la meta de ahorro que quiero alcanzar para mediados y fin de año, muchas cosas han subido de precio y creo que es importante comenzar a tomar previsiones.

Me puse a desempolvar las mancuernas y pensé que quizá no esté de mas intentar retomar la idea que tuve una vez de mejorar algunos ejercicios con mi propio peso, como la pistol squat, por ejemplo. Los básicos de calistenia podrían ser una buena base.

Por lo pronto sigo contenta con los pasos que doy a diario aunque no comparta la actividad cada día, sin embargo al ver estos 27k me pareció importante dejar constancia por aquí de estos diitas tan entretenidos.

One of the things I'm thinking about is going back to training at home, it's a matter of saving more than anything else. It makes me consider it the fact that I've had to change the routine at times because there were so many people using the things I required at the gym.

Also, of course, the savings goal I want to reach by the middle and end of the year, many things have gone up in price and I think it is important to start making forecasts.

I started dusting off the dumbbells and thought it might not hurt to try to return to the idea I once had of improving some exercises with my own weight, like the pistol squat, for example. The calisthenics basics could be a good starting point.

For now I'm still happy with the steps I take every day even though I don't share the activity every day, however when I saw these 27k I thought it was important to leave a record here of these fun days.

Me gustaría tanto regresar a mi Gym, acá donde vivo no puedo salir a caminar, el clima, el sitio, y todos los días intento en casa hacer un poco en la máquina, digamos que no hay muchos avances, pero intentaré mejorar.
La fotografía inicial es bella, que lindo.
