For me there is nothing impossible. Any funny transfer may come up for both Messi and Ronaldo as both player can leave at any time.
But i dont think PSG will want to sign Ronaldo. Ronaldo weekly wages, Neymar, Mbape, Ramos's wages will not make them to sign ronaldo.

The wages is the issue but I think they are rich and can do with that.
