THIS IS WHAT I DO TO KEEP FIT
During the pandemic, I realized that keeping fit doesn’t necessarily mean I must hit the gym to do all those rigorous exercise that people do in the gym...Then, people who frequently hit the gym adjusted to doing home workouts such as press-ups, skipping, jumping and so on and It was just an amazing moment for* team keep fit at home somebody like me😅
I'm not judging people that hit the gym to carry all those heavy stuffs and all, just to keep fit... Naaa! But I feel everyone should do what they can and what works for them in this keep fit journey of a thingg.. So for someone like me who do not have enough strength to lift a normal box of clothes not to talk of carrying heavy weights like those at the gym, I do the ones I can and when I can! hehehehe 😅
Just like I said earlier, I keep fit from the comfort of my home and this is how I do it!
I dance to keep fit.. Yea! I know I'm a bad dancer, when I dance, only the mirror in my room can applaud me of how pretty good I am at dancing😂
I don't do this often but I do this a good number of times in a week let's say two or three times.. I don't also need any special material for this very workout, with a good music with good vibes and my wall mirror, I'm good to go! I shake it all out while playing the music alongside with some jumping jacks and after I'm done the full heat that my body would emit would confirm it all 😅
This has been a handy keep fit routine for me and it has helped a great deal.

I also skip to keep fit.. This is one of the easiest exercise that I find interesting right from childhood days. Then, we skipped for fun and not with the keep fit mindset. Along the line I felt I had outgrown skipping.. I saw it as a childish play and never skipped again till during the pandemic when I discovered the importance of skipping and so I got a skipping rope. Honestly, when I started skipping this time, I couldn't skip up to 5 minutes This was something that I could do for hours during my childhood game times but with consistent skipping, I can now skip for almost an hour every morning without getting easily tired. It's a general body exercise that helps one to keep fit You should try it out if you can🙂
Recently, I do planks too.. I had a knowledge about this particular workout, how it's been done and it's importance to big stomach divas like me but never took it serious.. 😅 Until when I visited my friend that recently put to bed and noticed her baby bump has disappeared. I asked her to give me her magic and she told me that plank exercise is her magic.. I was blown away😳
I started this particular workout routine last month and I do it every morning and evening for 60seconds and it's been amazing. I hope to be hot soon!😉
For me, keeping fit do not mean exercise alone.. I do a few other things inorder to help my workout routines to be productive. This is what I do to help;
- I flee from junk foods and try as much as I can to eat good food.
- I only eat only when I'm hungry but do not forget to eat to my satisfaction 😅
- I try as much as I can to take my dinner before 8pm so that the food can have enough time to digest before I go to bed.. It's not easy though.. But hey! With determination, we can do it!
- I take enough fruits and I take enough water too.
I've been consistent with some of my keep fit routines and hope to be consistent with all cus getting the beach kinda body is the goal!✌️😉

That’s true, not everyone has the time to visit the gym every day especially when you do work that takes time or imagine a nursing mother going to the gym.
There are different ways to keep fit and it doesn’t mean I am not fit because I am not doing what others are doing. I love the dancing part to stay fit but I haven’t tried it, probably you will tell me what kind of dance.
Yea! Not everyone has the time to do such especially nursing mothers..

🤣🤣🤣🤣 My sister, I also eat to my satisfaction and I only eat when I am hungry.
The plank exercise is very good and works best for flat tummy but i have been so lazy with it. Perhaps, I should be hot now but laziness and procrastination caused it 😅😅
I hope to resume..... What am I talking about? Soon ke! I am starting tonight 🤣🤣🤣 I promise to stay committed this time around.

Hehe... Very correct. You can be working hard to be fit and then your eating habits will be drawing you back. We need to create a balance so that everything will flow well.
