My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2024
Found a new place, a new brewery just north of Reading and into the Oxfordshire Chilterns and they’ve got a farm shop too.
They’ve been running the brewery for 21 years this year and it’s based within an existing farm. I have had some of their beers recently, purchased from a nearby garden centre.
Excited for these thriving small businesses!
I have plotted this on Worldmappin, so that you can find it too. Hey maybe we could have a Hive meet up there if anyone fancies that?
I bought a selection box of beer and some ciders. Joined their club too!

Thanks for the compliments and sometimes it’s actually rather hard to hit a massive number of steps on a day with my desk job as a software developer- so escaping for a couple of hours is always nice.
The farm shop was part beer shop and farm shop, they sold fresh vegetables, bread, sauces, preserves and a few other things. We shall go back before too long a they’ve got some social events going on up there that a number of Hivians would like to go along to, especially the folk over here in the UK.
Thanks for answering me @nicklewis! It sounds like an interesting place to be! Sitting all day would be very hard to do on a day in day out basis for sure. I'd ache after a while, lol! Take care and enjoy the farm!
