My Actifit Report Card: June 27 2022

We’ve just been for a 10k walk. Finished work. Had some dinner, just a light pasta and then decided to go for a walk. To be honest we didn’t set out to walk that far but we wanted to see if it was possible to walk this particular circuit through a variety of locations. Including Readings Green Park and then out into the green pastures that flank the M4 motorway and back out into countryside again leaving the town behind. Let me rustle together a full length post to share tomorrow or on Wednesday
