Assalam o alaikum and Hello to my all dear friends and #actifit community members!

Today I woke up early in the morning and had a Sehri. After Sehri, I went for a short walk and fell asleep. After that I woke up at 09:30 AM and went to Mianwali city to do his work. After returning from Mianwali city, before evening, I went out of his village to the fields, taking a walk in the streets of his village. Walked through the fields and walked along the banks of the canal. Meanwhile, the time for Iftar was near. From there I returned home and take Iftar.

آج میں نے صبح سویرے جاگ کر سحری کی۔ سحری کے بعد تھوڑی سی واک کر کے سو گیا۔ اس کے بعد دن کو جاگ کر میانوالی سٹی چلا گیا اپنا کام کاج کیا۔ میانوالی سٹی سے واپس آ کر شام سے پہلے اپنے گاوں کی گلیوں میں واک کی واک کرتے کرتے اپنے گاوں سے باہر کھیتوں کی طرف چلا گیا۔ کھیتوں سے پیدل چلتا ھوا تھل نہر کے ہنارے واک کی۔ اس دوران افطاری کا وقت قریب تھا۔ وہاں سے واپس گھر آ گیا اور افطاری کی۔

آ>ج کا دن میرا دن بہت ہی اچھا گزرا۔ امید ھے میری پوسٹ آپ تمام دوستوں کو پسند آئ ھو گی اپنی قیمتی رائے دینے کیلئے اور رہنمائ کیلئے پوسٹ کے نیچے کمنٹ کے ذریعے آگاہ کر سکتے ہیں۔
