A good weekend of sport ahead.

Its an exciting weekend.

I love these weekends.

The ones where you are looking at your plans and trying to figure out how many different sports that you can fit into it. Unfortunately I don't get to watch as many as i used to when i was single and happy.

I haven't watched anything much since xmas so this is going to be a weekend for me.

Even as i'm writing my post i have United V Middlesborough playing on my new dodgy box. I only got it installed this week but i love it already.

Tomorrow is the start of the six nations with Ireland V Wales. Always a tough match for us and bar Italy there is nothing between all of the other teams on a given year. They are always tough, fast and physical matches. It's a great tournament as the teams are so well matched.

That is an early match at 2PM which suits me well as the small lad will be down for his nap and i can have the tv to myself.

That's the warm up leg of the weekend. Then we have the main event as the Irish sports are starting back up.

Football and hurling.

My biggest problem here is trying to fit in all the matches that i want to see.

Clare are my home county and play Cork in a football/hurling double header. I won't make the first game at 5pm but the second is at 7pm and that is settling down time for the evening. It would normally be my first choice but we also have Dublin V Kerry in Killarney at 7pm as well which is the top two teams in the country going head to head on a Saturday evening with a full house.

It's sure to be a tough game, full of fire. And this is just the opening rounds of the league.

These are just a few friendly puches thrown. It hlps to get to know the other team.

So many choices, so little time.

Now I just need to log into my betting account and see what i can do for the weekend to win my fortune and try to squeeze in as many games as possible along the way.

I love sports weekends.

This doesn't even include the darts, golf, horses, other rugby, soccer, football games that i haven't a hope of seeing.

We all need a weekend fir ourselves of course! It's being a super busy week so a relaxing weekend seems to be the best medicine. Enjoy and take advantage of this short time off to start again with more energy next week.

Important to sit back and relax sometimes.
This is a rare chance to do it for me so going to take full advantage.

I like the odd fight but unless it's hyped up enough to come across my radar i have no idea whats going on.
Haven't heard about anything lately except for the katie taylor fight incoming. I would watch it if i had the time and energy.

I'm of the strong belief that the next stage of human evolution will be for us to develop eyes that can work independently of one another, you know a little bit like some lizards. I mean it seems to me that no one these days can simply sit and watch a TV show without also keeping an eye on their phone. Also this new ability would be perfect for sporting weekends like this 😀

I'm very much in the same boat particularly today with my line-up

10am - Pakistan Super League cricket
1pm - England v India U-19 cricket World Cup final
4:45pm - England vs Scotland Six Nations
8pm - Spurs vs Brighton

Would also like to watch the Ireland vs Wales match but doesn't seem I can fit it in!

I've been watching this "football" lately because Canada is doing really well for once. Being a bandwagon fan is fun because I like dabbling in other sports I don't usually follow. Canada seems to really be a center of attention lately. Don't think I'd want to attend a game but it's fun to watch on TV.
