Closing Down - My Actifit Report Card: April 13 2025

Today I focused on closing down my to do list ahead of the week to come which will remain busy. However, I started early with some recovery at the gym as I am limited to weekends for visiting the Spa as if late which is unfortunate. It was a good recovery although I had all the rest of my list of chores in my mind which probably didn’t get the job done the best way. However, after a good shower I started my errands and chores.

I also had a commitment for some volunteering for a couple of hours early afternoon. It was hot but I was able to get some time to catch up on podcasts while getting the job done which felt like a win. From there I was finally able to have a good meal to then focus on more chores at home. Ending at home with chores was a good idea as I was able to head to rest early evening to prepare for a busy week ahead.
