Slow Start, Rough Grind - My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2025
Today was slower than expected all around which impacted my energy levels throughout the day. I went for an early walk to get my body active early given the time I had and while I got a good workout, I found myself drained after midday. I was worried about my evening workout as I knew I was going to focus on some heavier weights but prepared with some coffee.
It was not too bad although the energy remained a challenge which was not fun with me trying to go a little heavier. I had good rest in between sets but still felt a bit weaker than expected. I am seeing more signs of a plateau which is sooner than I was expected so need to think about how I approach it going forward. It will take a bit given how busy things are but it may also be good to hold at a maintenance for now although I don’t feel like that is the answer at the moment.
