Not Overthinking Things - My Actifit Report Card: March 28 2025
I started today trying to plan well ahead to next week which probably got me off to the wrong start. Despite getting out and going for a slow walk to enjoy thr weather which remains perfect, I dove into work shortly upon my return. I found myself with more time between meetings than I expected so started getting ahead of work for next week. However, I quickly got left waiting for items I could not control so left me thinking about all the outstanding items I have going into next week. Probably a net negative going into the weekend.
However, I got to the early evening GTX class at the gym with the family and saw the words to not overthink things as the way GTX was setup for people training. I got me thinking about applying the same to work and the coming weekend. I went through the rest of the evening relaxing and looking to unwind for the weekend. The work will be there when I return on Monday!
