Rest and Shop - My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2025

I started my recovery focus for the weekend today as it has been a long week. We headed to the gym early to get to our weekly Yoga class to stretch and get some breathing exercises done to start the day well. From the Yoga class, we headed straight to a mall further north that we normally go in an attempt to see some new stores and good food. We actually had a great brunch when we got to the mall before the shopping. It was definitely full of some good protein to continue my muscle recovery from the week of workouts.

It was a good day to be at the mall as most people were on Spring break so it was not too full. The family got some items they were looking for and while I was tempted, I stayed disciplined to avoid spending just to satisfy the itch. By the time we were back home, I started working on our Summer vacation so I still ended spending money at the end of the day! Did not get to my daily goal today but it was not really my focus as I am wanting to recover this weekend as the week ahead will be busy again and I intend to add some weight to my lifting.
