No Stopping Yet - My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2025
Despite feeling the impact from the 5K throughout the day, I kept pushing on according to plan. I did not do much during the day aside from work but I was not looking forward to the GTX class at the gym given the interval focus. Although I am not very sore, I can definitely feel that the run took some off my potential today. I got to the gym a bit early so started warming up with a moderate walk on the treadmill.
The walk convinced me to not push during the class but since it was meant for zone 2/3, I went the route of using incline on the treadmill instead of the run. It was probably just as bad but the interval times were not too bad so I was able to get through to the weight training section with enough strength to complete the class fairly well. Went straight for dinner right after and taking time tonight to enjoy some video games before bed to rest mind and body.
