Climbing Up - My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2025
The day ahead was going to be busy so I was up before dawn to get to the gym for my strength training session where I had to be quick so structured my routine around the areas that were available at the moment. I warmed up with only a 5 minute climb on the stair steppers before seeing the smith machine available. Got on it quickly to complete my workout pretty quick. Knowing the challenges of the day ahead, I left time to treat myself to the Spa for some early recovery.
I think it worked well as I remained energized for most of the day. I was downtown most of the day so I was really wanting to get home for some rest ahead my race tomorrow. In between meetings, I made an effort to get some pacing done as I had to control my coffee intake as it was quite intense as I spent time between meetings without my computer. Good progress overall but just looking to get to the weekend for thinking about the next step!
