Triple Time - My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2025

Even though it was the weekend and plenty had to get done, I pushed quite a bit throughout the day. I ultimately had three workout sessions which is probably a stretch as I was feeling it by the time I got to the last one. It started with our Saturday morning Yoga class at the gym. Today was focused on some strength movements so was more strenuous than usual. It finally got to the stretches which made me feel much better to get the day started.

After getting some errands and chores done early afternoon, I went for a half hour easy jog as I start to wind down a bit for my race next week. It was fast and easy but still feeling sore given the busy week. Lastly, the family went with me to try some pickleball late night at the gym. It was too much so we ended a bit earlier than the closing time at the gym. Sunday will be great with some much needed rest!
