Speeding Up - My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2025
Got up a little early despite going to bed late last night as I had a busy day on schedule. I headed to the gym to get in the treadmill for some speed intervals. I pushed the speed to get some good sprints but not to my limit given my workout last night brought sone soreness.
I was able to complete the workout to then focus on work. The list of things to do continues to build which will make the weekend a bit challenging as I was looking forward to some rest. The early workout is really the way to go when things are busy. The progress continues which is encouraging for me to continue.
