Strong Trends - My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2025
A good night sleep to catch up from the weekend seems to have made a good difference today. I was up early and given the change in clocks my coffee was delayed and the Sun was not out as normal. However, I had my long jog plans to get done which I did not want to delay as my work calendar was filled today. I prepared well with some extra clothing as I was not sure how it would go as the Sun was barely out when I got started. It proved to be a good idea as it was a cooler start than usual.
Once I got started I was focused on the route I would take as I am running out of options as I continue to prolong my jogging time. I like to avoid circles to see new things but it may be something I need to adjust going forward. I was surprised that I did not get past Zone 2 at any point despite maintaining what I felt was a strong and consistent pace. I did feel it in my legs more than my lungs so have think about my strength training a bit more after the 5K race is done. The trends look pretty strong from how my body feels and the results!
