Sick + Work = Today - My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2025
Despite having an ok sleep last night, the morning started rough as my sickness peaked with an awful cough. I had to get a prescription to calm it down in order to even work which was also busy. I was able to move things around to get some rest in between meeting. I even caught a quick nap after lunch and it was likely why I was able to eventually get to the gym in the evening.
I was careful to not over train so stuck with my weight lifting session after a warm up. I headed straight home right after the routine to get some rest but found myself staying up a bit to watch tv. It was a weird day but I have to focus on recovering for the rest of the week which remains busy and important to my goals as it is the last of the latest program. I can see and feel results but this sickness is definitely a setback I need to overcome.
