No Rebound - My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2025

I knew it would be a challenge today after the late workout yesterday but I was afraid of another day missing a space for a workout. Despite a shorter than usual night of rest, I was up early to head to the gym for a weight training session. Given the intensity of these, I struggled to get a good push through the routine. I had to lower reps and weight to compensate which was not too exciting. The positive was that I was able to complete the routine early to not have to worry about it.

Spent the rest of the day at work but took the available time to walk a bit to get to my daily goal early. I also got back in line with my food routine around getting my protein goal in within the time window I have been focusing on. Things did not get out of order in the evening so was happy to get to bed early for some rest tonight. This should help me recover to be ready for the rest of the week as we are halfway though.
