Im Back - My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2025
As expected, a week off the diet has come at a cost on the scale. I knew it would happen despite the double doses of workouts almost each day. My hope was that I could still get some muscle built as part of the gain but the measurements so not show that being the driver; instead, it seems to be water and fat. While disappointed, I will not let it impact my long term goals and progression. This is a good learning as more vacations will come and I will not avoiding them for anything.
I was up early and at the gym despite the many errands and chores I still have on my list to get done. I mainly went to get these measurements but found myself with time to get a walk in on the treadmill then head for some recovery for about an hour. I was back home before noon to focus on my tasks at hand as the week will be a crazy one getting back on track across all facets of my life. This vacation was probably one I disconnected the most despite everything going on. Not sure if I should celebrate that or not!
