Different Cardio - My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2025

The amount of activity I have been getting during this trip has continued to build so starting my day differently made some sense. Instead of getting on the treadmill, I gave the bike a try. It has been a while since I tried a workout on one of these and I quickly learned a thing or two about comfort. I had no idea how to program a good workout so I tried a couple of different things but struggled to stay in my Zone 2 unfortunately. As time passed, I found myself there for a bit but gave up after a while.

The rest of the day was mostly exploring Grand Cayman island which had some interesting sights but mostly beach and shopping. The family opted to come back early which gave me the push to get into the gym for a second session. I continued to test my weight training routine with carbs and cannot really get a good lift in to be honest. However, I still gave it a good amount of volume for my routine which should pay off in the long term. Plenty of activity during this vacation!
