Mid Week Zone - My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2025
It was another busy day to navigate everything happening so I continued the choice to be up early to get my workout in before things could get too busy. I got to the gym and got on the treadmill and did some hill intervals. I focused on staying in Zone 2 while challenging my legs with the inclines more consistently. It definitely provided for a heavy sweat which was a good way to start the day. Before leaving, I opted to squeeze in some core training to check that off as well.
That only left me to get to my trigger sessions which I was able to do right after each of my meals. The rest of the day was me sitting at my desk which continues to be a challenge as my activity levels decline quite a bit. However, at least my workouts are offsetting some of that for the most part. I still need to get some pacing done in between better although seeing that I easily exceeded the daily goal is a good sign. Halfway through the week and some time off ahead to look forward to!
