Heat is Back - My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2025

I didn’t start on the right foot for the weekend as I did not get much sleep last night as I had all the chores in mind. I knew I had to get home for some work and more chores before heading to a family event late evening. The early start got some chores done well and was able to get to the gym for a Yoga class for some stretches. However, I could not stay for any recovery in the Spa.

I got back home to continue my chores after a quick meal. I then got my work done pretty efficiently so that was a bright spot today. After an afternoon coffee, I decided to go for a walk and was suprised at the hot weather as it was in the 80s! Got a good walk before I got back and started to prepare for our family event.
