Strong End to Great Year - My Actifit Report Card: December 31 2024

I was motivated this morning to push for a run and test my pace. Once I started, I did not stop the push except to cross one street and to take a picture. I realize that this is likely what caused me not to break the half hour mark for the 5K I accomplished today. It has probably been years since I have achieved this pace. It is also the best pace for a 5K I have had while not in an actual race or event. Seems quite promising for the future.

It was great to end this strong as it highlights what has been a great year! Ending with great momentum across my life is a good sign for the potential of 2025. While these are only dates, they serve as good bars to measure upon. It is great to be able to look back at the now hundreds of posts here to see the progress. However, even better is the ability to feel and enjoy the progress at the moment. Have a great New Year Celebration!
