Christmas Fitness - My Actifit Report Card: December 25 2024
Had a long night of sleep which got the day started later than usual but it was worth it spending time with family and gifts. We had plans for a movie marathon today but I asked them to head out with me for a workout. We went for a walk than turned into some intervals. We were surprised to see the coffee shop open so we also stopped for some snacks and refreshments.
We got back home for a shower and a day of movies and board games. We got through it pretty well as the Season was awesome to be together. I ended the night with some video games with some friends so it was a great way to get a mental break as well while achieving goals.
