Needed Recovery - My Actifit Report Card: December 15 2024

Today started slow but the family and I had errands to do as the Holidays approach. We started with a great brunch as I felt the need to feed my body and mind first as Sundays are my recovery day. After getting a great meal, we walked through the mall for some shopping although we didn’t get too much. The mall was more full than I had expected so we found ourselves heading home early.

This allowed me to get home and get some stretching done on the mat. As I was stretching, I realized that I was feeling better from my upper body pain but some remained. As I am up for another upper body training session tomorrow, I decided to head to the gym for some more recovery. I have a slow treadmill walk to complete my daily goal before heading to the Spa. I tried to get some Hydromassage or Normatec done, but no appointments were available. Took my time at the Spar which was great as I shifted between body and mind recovery ahead of another busy work week ahead.
