Dividing Time - My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2024

The challenges around finding time started today as expected as things remain busy at work. I could not get an early workout but was able to go outside for a walk after my quick lunch which helped get me started for the day. It was a bit hotter than I expected as it seems like the cold front is now gone but it did give me a sweat I could appreciate before heading back to meetings.

I was able to get out a little earlier which allowed me to get home and change my clothes quickly to head to the gym. I also had the Company of my family which made it even better as we headed to the gym together. It was a stretch to head to the Spa after the weight training session but did so very quickly before heading back home. Week is almost over and I cannot wait for the weekend for some mental rest this time around!

"The challenges around finding time started today as expected as things remain busy at work" i totally understand as it's my situation too- finding time is really challenging but doing my best to have at least the minimum, "also had the Company of my family which made it even better as we headed to the gym together" that's really great probably it's more fun that way, "cannot wait for the weekend for some mental rest this time around!" haha totally understand & totally agree finally some peace!.
