Finally Happening - My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2024

I have been expecting some soreness since I have hitting the gym every day on my time off from work. To my surprise, it only started today as yesterday’s session was rough on the upper body. Luckily, today was a cardio session which didn’t overlap muscle groups. It was still intense and I continue to get good variety in training.

Headed to the Spa afterwards again to treat myself to good recovery while I can. The afternoon was busy as I had to take calls from work which was awful but I knew ahead of time and planned for it. I multitasked through it all to also catch up on emails which should prepare me well to get into the mix when I get back soon. It is almost over so still need to make the most of it all.

I honestly hate those recovery and soreness periods from those first one to two weeks of starting the gym again. Reason why I don't like staying off gym for too long.
