Back to Strength - My Actifit Report Card: December 4 2024

I continue to take advantage of the time off with the morning devoted to the Gym for myself. Got in early for some warmup on the treadmill to then hit another Strength training class on the floor. It was intense as they wanted heavy so I think I will likely feel some soreness in the days to come. However, I did head to the Spa for a long session today to work on recovery which could help and prepare for the rest of the week as I intend to keep pushing while I can. I do have some rest and recovery planned soon.

As time winds down for the week, the checklist is getting shorter but still longer than I want it to be. Tried to take some time to work on it in the evening but I remain so dependent on others which makes this a challenge. I need to figure that part out as it leads to things piling up at the worst moments for me. Balance remains and issue given how I am focusing so much on my fitness but that will need to come down to end the year. Taking the time while I can though as it translates to more energy.
