Barbell Class - My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2024
Today I tried yet another different class to workout for the same time. It was focused on Barbells which was great as I feel that when I am working on my workout around the gym, they are the most utilized and so I really do not do much with them. It was not as intense as I thought as it was more about reps rather than weight so I may have gone too light. However, given the week of trying things out, I am ok with that as I need to get some recovery.
I still had some planned time with the family to seek out Black Friday deals shopping which entertained us most of the afternoon. In addition, it provided a good way to get some activity to complete my daily goal. I had plans for the night as well so my sleep will not be as good but I still have some time to catch on that over the weekend and the early part of next week. I am feeling like momentum continues to build which is encouraging and motivating!

You're crushing it! While I spent the weekend in the suburbs without a card, my walking was close to nil and so was my step count. Embarassingly low. Thanksgiving laziness plus all that food binging. It was not a good weekend for my waistband!
